Vic: 15 treated after Melb CBD building explosion
Four people have been taken to hospital after an explosion at an electricity substation
in a building in central Melbourne.
The blast happened in the basement of the 20-storey building on Bourke Street just
after 1pm (AEDT).
Workers were forced to evacuate .. while fifteen people have been treated for respiratory
complaints.
